Elessar
The Elessar was a jewel that could heal the wounded and broken. It made people and things who were looked at under it seem healed. The Elessar was originally a jewel of Gondolin forged by the eleven-smith Enerdhil. Idril first possessed this jewel. She passed it down to her son Earendil, who took it to the Udying Lands when begging the Valar for help in the War of Wrath. Earendil gave Elessar to Gandalf, who tookj it back with him to Middle-Earth in circa 1000 of the Third Age. He gave it to Galadriel telling her to give it to the one who possessed the same name. Galadriel kept her kingdom running beautifully using the Elessar and, when given Nenya, gave it to her daughter Celebrian, who gave it to Arwen. Arwen in turn fell in love with Aragorn II, King Elessar and gave the jewel to Galadriel so she could give it to him. Aragorn wore the jewel throughout the War of the Ring and his Kingship.
