Feanor
Greatest son of Finwe and Miriel, Feanor was born in the Years of the Trees. Feanor was born Curufinwë. He burnt in a spirit of flames, and became known as Feanor. They lived in Valinor. He married Nerdenel. Feanor learned much about craft from his father-in-law, Mahtan. Feanor made the Palantiri and the Silmarils. Morgoth soon came to Arda in order to make war with the valar and Eldar. He set different groups of Elves against each other, and helped them kill each other. He spread lies throughout the Elvish kingdoms. Feanor turned against his half-brother Fingollfin. When Morgoth was banished from Valinor, Feanor was too. But Morgoth quickly returned to steal the Silmarils. He and his sons, Maedhros, Maglor, Celegorm, Caranthir, Curufin, Amrod, and Amras traveled to Middle-Earth. Many Noldor accompanied them. Right away, Morgoth's armies challenged them. Morgoth was defeated in the Battle Under the Stars. In Year 1 of the First Age, Feanor led a force to challenge Morgoth. Balrogs stopped them and and killed Feanor, who cursed Morgoth. He then turned into fire. His spirit left Middle-Earth.
