Celebrindor
Celebrindor was the fifth king of Arthedain. He was born in the year 1062 of the Third Age. Celebrindor was the son of King Celepharn. Celebrindor became king in year 1191, after the death of his father, and ruled until his own death in 1272. Celebrindor was succeeded as king by his son Malvegil.
Names & Meanings
The name Celebrindor is of Sindarin origin. The element celeb means "silver" and rin means "like," and the last element dor comes from taur meaning "lord".
