Cottar
Patriarch of the Cotton family. Cottar was born in 2820 of the Third Age; his parentage is unknown. Cottar had two sons named Cotman and Carl. Cottar's fate is not known.
Names & Meanings
Cottar is a term for "cottager" used by the Scottish. It is generally used to describe lower-classed people who live in a small cottage, possibly on a small farm.
