Fram
Fifth Lord of the Eotheod. Fram was the son of Frumgar, who had led the Eotheod to live near the Grey Mountains and the River Anduin in the year 1977 of the Third Age.
The Eotheod faced hardships living at the foot of the Grey Mountains. For years, they were haunted by Scatha the Worm, a large and terrifying dragon. Fram found the courage to behead Scatha. As dragons often did, Scatha had a large stash of treasures hidden in his lair. Fram brought all of the treasures back to his people and shared none with the Dwarves of that region, who had also made claims to it.
Instead of securing an alliance with the Dwarves for the future, Fram showed his selfishness. He sent the Dwarves Scatha's teeth along with the message "Jewels such as these you will not match in your treasuries, for they are hard to come by." It is not known what became of Fram, but it was rumored amongst the Eotheod that he was murdered by the Dwarves for his selfishness.
