Frumgar
Lord of the Eotheod. Frumgar ruled his people in the 1900s of the Third Age. In year 1977, Frumgar led the Eotheod from their former lands between Carrock and the Gladden to a land between the Grey Mountains and the Anduin River. Their previous location could no longer sustain the growing Eotheod population, and it was also troubled by the evil presence in Dol Guldur which turned out to be Sauron.
Some Eotheod began settling lands in the north. This was mostly due to the defeat of the Witch-King of Angmar. By the end of Frumgar's reign as their lord, the Eotheod had colonized most lands between the Misty Mountains and the Forest River.
Later in Frumgar's life, the Eotheod living near the Grey Mountains were troubled by an evil dragon called Scatha the Worm. Frumgur's son Fram slew the dragon and took all of his jewels.
Frumgar's date of death is not known, but it is known that he had died around the time of Scatha's slaying. Fram succeeded him as Lord of the Eotheod.
