Belegorn
The fourth ruling-Steward of Gondor, Belegorn was born in year 2074 of the Third Age. He was the son of Herion the Steward. Belegorn ruled from his father's death in 2148 until his death in 2204. He was succeeded by his son Hurin I as Steward.
Names & Meanings
It is thought that Belegorn means "tree of might" from beleg meaning "might" in Quenya and orn meaning "tree."
