Hildigard Took
Born sometime in the 2830s of the Third Age, Hildigard Took was the daughter of Gerontius and Adamanta Took. Hildigard was their second child and eldest daughter. She had one older brother named Isengrim III. She had ten younger siblings: Isumbras IV, Hildigrim, Isembold, Hildifons, Isembard, Hildibrand, Belladonna (mother of Bilbo Baggins), Donnamira, Mirabella, and Isengar.
Gerontius always referred to his daughters as "three remarkable daughters." It can be assumed that Hildigard Took died young because it is known that her sisters Belladonna, Donnamira, and Mirabella all outlived Gerontius, so her early death may be the reason that he excluded her. One source (The History of Middle-earth, Volume XII, The Peoples of Middle-earth: "The Family Trees," page 107) gives Hildigard's date of death as 2855, which would have made her around twenty at the time of her death, but this is uncertain.
