Ciryon
Third son of Isildur. Ciryon was born in year 3379 of the Second Age. He had three brothers: Aratan, Elendur, and Valandil. Ciryon's father ruled Gondor with his uncle Anarion, and Ciryon's grandfather Elendil ruled Arnor in the north.
Ciryon fought with his father and brothers in the War of the Last Alliance in 3430. They all managed to survive, and the war was won with Sauron defeated and Isildur taking the One Ring.
In year 2 of the Third Age, Ciryon, Aratan, Valandil, and their father were traveling to Arnor. On October 4, they reached the Gladden Fields. Suddenly, a group of Orcs launched a surprise attack on the travelers. They were all killed. The One Ring, which had drawn the orcs' attention, was lost in the Anduin for nearly 2,500 years.
