Elphir
A man of Gondor, Elphir was the twenty-third Prince of Dol Amroth. Elphir was born in year 2987 of the Third Age. He was the eldest son of Prince Imrahil. Elphir had two brothers named Erchirion and Amrothos. He had a sister named Lothiriel.
In year 34 of the Fourth Age, Elphir became prince upon his father's death. Elphir died in year 57 of the Fourth Age and was succeeded as prince by his son Alphros.

Names & Meaings
The name Elphir is of Sindarin origin. It means "Swan-lord", from the elements alph, meaning "swan," and hîr meaning "lord."
