Falco Chubb-Baggins
Hobbit of the Shire; cousin of Bilbo Baggins. Falco Chubb-Baggins was born in the year 2903 of the Third Age. He was the son of Bilbo's youngest uncle Bingo Baggins and his wife Chica Chubb.
Faclo married and in 2944 he had a daughter named Poppy Baggins. She in turn married into the Bolger family. Falco Chubb-Baggins died in 2999.

Names & Meanings
Falco hyphenated his parents' last names into Chubb-Baggins. This is likely because that way he could become head of the Chubb family, so it is likely that Falco was head of the Chubb family for a time. The same was done by Otho Sackville-Baggins.
