Tarondor
Tarondor was the seventh King of Arnor. He was born in year 572 of the Third Age. Tarondor was the son of King Tarcil. Tarondor became King in year 515, after the death of his father, and ruled until his own death in 602. He was then succeeded by his son Valandur as king.
Names & Meanings
Tarondor means "ruler of Gondor" from tar meaning "noble, ruler" and ondor, coming from Ondonore, which in Quenya means "Gondor." There was also a King of Gondor called Tarondor.
