Drogo Baggins
Hobbit of the Shire; father of Frodo Baggins. Drogo Baggins was born in year 2908 of the Third Age. He was the son of Fosco Baggins and Ruby Bolger. Drogo had an older sister named Dora and a younger brother named Dudo.
Drogo Baggins married Primula Brandybuck and in 2968 they had a son named Frodo. Drogo became a regular at Brandy Hall in Buckland, the home of his wife. There, Drogo took a liking to the food given to him by Gorbadoc Brandybuck.
In 2980, Drogo and Primula went for an evening on a boat in the Brandywine River. Somehow, the boat capsized and both Drogo and Primula, being week swimmers, drowned. Gossip spread rapidly among Hobbits about the death of the couple, including one rumor that Drogo's rubenesque figure sunk the boat.
