Primula Brandybuck Baggins
Hobbit of the Shire; mother of Frodo Baggins. Primula Brandybuck was born in the year 2920 of the Third Age. She was the youngest daughter of the Master of Buckland Gorbadoc Brandybuck and Mirabella Took. Primula had six older siblings: Rorimac, Amaranth, Saradas, Dodinas, Asphodel, and Dinodas.
Primula Brandybuck married Drogo Baggins. On September 22, 2968, they had their only child Frodo Baggins.
In 2980, Primula and her husband went for a night of boating on the Brandywine River. They drowned after their boat capsized. Many rumors sprung up amongst their fellow Hobbits concerning their deaths, but none are confirmed. After their deaths, Frodo lived alone in Brandy Hall until his elder cousin Bilbo Baggins took him in to live with him in Bag End.
