Diamond Took
Diamond of Long Cleeve in the New Line film
Hobbit of Long Cleeve; wife to Pippin Took. Diamond of Long Cleeve was born in 2995 of the Third Age. She lived in the village of Long Cleeve, and was thus considered a North-Took. Diamond was probably descended from Bandobras Took.
In year 6 of the Fourth Age, Diamond married Peregrin Took. There son Faramir Took was born in year 9 of the Fourth Age. Diamond probably died before the year 63 of the Fourth Age because in this year, Pippin left the Shire and journeyed to Gondor with Merry Brandybuck.
