Tom Pickthorn
Man of Bree-land. Tom Pickthorn lived in the eastern valley of Bree-hill. A small man in build, Tom Pickthorn was loyal to his homeland.
During the War of the Ring in 3019 of the Third Age, the Southerners invaded Bree. Tom Pickthorn was killed in the initial invasion along with his fellow Bree-folk Rowlie Appledore and Mat Heathertoes and two Hobbits; Willie Banks and an Underhill of Staddle.
After the battle, the Southerners were removed from Bree, and when they left they took the traitors Bill Ferny and Harry Goatleaf with them.
